that depends on your upload script. a database doesn’t fetch uploads itself and phpMyAdmin is just a database administration tool.
Thanks for the replying sir....what do you mean about depends on my upload script?

when you (or a user) uploads a file, there must be a script that processes the uploaded file. if there is no such script, the file isn’t saved anywhere.
Okay thanks...actual ly I'm already trying to try the code but only for localhost and it works. So, if I upload it as online was it works too?

usually it works. unless you rely on settings on localhost that are different in the online environment.
Did I need to create php connection to link with the database for online?

if you want to work with a database, then yes.

This may really be a phpMyAdmin problem, I think - but keen to hear your

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows.
