I am trying to install MySQL-Python 0.9.1 on my Solaris 8 system. The
system has Python 2.3.3 and Mysql 4.0.21 installed.
This is where I downloaded the distribution of the Mysql-python
package:
http://www.ravenbrook.com/project/p4dti/import/2001-10-16/MySQL-python-0.9.1/MySQL-python-0.9.1.tar.gz
I have been doing whatever instructed from the README file.

Hi:
When I go to the Visual Studio setup and choose to install Remote Debugging
Components from the bottom, and then click on the button that comes up on
the subsequent window, it says 'invalid command parameters'.
Does anyone know what I run to manually kick off the install of the remote
components? It is looking to use msiexec to use this file \setup\Rmt9x.mst
on the VS DVD.

Over a number of month's I've slowly built up a nice CMS with central
interface, each client has their own site eg, www.example1.com,
www.example2.com and there is a central site where users can login and
update their site.
I'm now looking to automate the process of setting up new sites and so
creating a script to do the database stuff that needs to be done each
time, and perhaps even some of the file copying.

I am trying to install MySQL 5.0 on Red Hat 9.0 with no success. I have downloaded the server and client i386 rpm files from MySQL. When I run the command rpm -i MySQL-server-5.0.45-0.glibc23.i386.rpm errors are returned indicating that there are dependency problems. The error messages returned:
libmysqlclient.so.15 is needed by MySQL-server-5.0.45-0.glibc23

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
