Sorry, we don't 'write' the scripts for you.

Go read some tutorials and then attemp it yourself. If you hit any problems, that's when you come see us :)

Hi Anbumozhi.

It is really impossible for us to help you speed up your database queries without knowing anything about your database.

What database system are you using?
What have you done so far to increase the performance of your queries?

hi anbu
It is very hard for anyone to help you out with ideas. First tell which database you are using and tell us which part you're getting the issue. This is because, faster access to database relies on database which you use also. You will troubleshoot issues yourself, when you try to play with queries.
Good luck,

Hi everyone, I have to make a (case-insensitive) search from a form with only one search string, e.g. "Doe Peters english California", which will search in several fields of my table for each word. My fields that are searchable by this query are: nr smallint(5) company varchar(100) lastname(100)

First, please excuse the fact that I'm a complete MySQL newbie. My site used forum software that I wrote myself (in Perl) which, up until now, has used flat files. This worked fine, however lately I've been wanting to do more stuff with user accounts, and had been eying MySQL for over a year. Finally I've decided to start off small by converting the forum's account system to a MySQL database (and convert the rest later after I'm...

Problem details below: I have few items(simple values or objects) to be put into an array and I implement it through a set rather than just an array of items. This is because every time I get a new item I have to look into the Set whether it is there or not. Depending on whether it is there or not I have to respond differntly. Since it is easy to search into a Set rather than a number of if statement which will compare each of the...

Simple case: In this list, how to find all occurences of intervals of n adjacent indexes having at least one list-member with a value between given limits. Visualizing the list as a two-dimensional curve, this is like horizontally dragging a given rectangle over the curve and finding the x coordinates where the curve passes through the rectangle.(Define such a x-index coordinate as the left corner of the rectangle.) More complicated...

Is there a more efficient way of comparing a string to different words? I'm doing it this way: if(strcmp(farge, "kvit") == 0) peikar_til_glas_struktur->farge = KVIT; if(strcmp(farge, "raud") == 0) peikar_til_glas_struktur->farge = RAUD; if(strcmp(farge, "blå") == 0) peikar_til_glas_struktur->farge = BLAA; if(strcmp(farge, "gul") == 0)

hi I have a file which is very large eg over 200Mb , and i am going to use python to code a "tail" command to get the last few lines of the file. What is a good algorithm for this type of task in python for very big files? Initially, i thought of reading everything into an array from the file and just get the last few elements (lines) but since it's a very big file, don't think is efficient. thanks

This is a question that someone familiar with ASP.NET and ADO.NET DataSets and DataTables should be able to answer fairly easily. The basic question is how I can efficiently match data from one dataset to data in a second dataset, using a common key. I will first describe the problem in words and then I will show my code, which has most of the solution done already. I have built an ASP.NET that queries an Index Server and returns a...

Programming Language: C#, .NET Framework 3.5 In this context, Form and App both describe a Microsoft Windows desktop application i'm creating. I'm creating a wordlist generator. I need to be able to store each word in an efficient manner. I don't need to search the collection or modify it - I just need to be able to write every entry in the collection back into a text file. So, what is the best collection to use? I heard ArrayLists were not...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
