Hi.

I didn't really understand that.

Are you looking for the actual location of the session data on the server?

Heya, wish.

The whole point of using session variables is so that they are persistent between page loads.

If you only want a variable to have a particular value, then you can use $_GET or $_POST to set it. PHP will automatically unset the variable when the script terminates.

Note that you browser may also be caching pages, which you have little control over.

To see the location where your server stores the session data, you can check out the 'session.save_p ath' directive in your 'php.ini' file.

Or you could try to echo it's value:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. echo ini_get("session.save_path");
  2.
