I am having an issue getting php scripts to work from certain directories.
I am running php 5 and IIS 6
I have a scirpt directory that works in www.mydomain.co m/scripts/
however, if I try to get it to work in www.mydomain.co m it does not work.
I have set the document root to c:\inetpub which is where the folder with the scripts resides.
php is installed and working on the server. I have set the isapi filters etc...but can not get it to work from one directory higher..any one have any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Make sure that the permissions for the inetpub allow the appropriate 'user' to execute in the directory. I think the 'user' is IUSR_COMPUTERNA ME.
This is just a guess but maybe
open_basedir = "xxxxxxx"
or
doc_root = "xxxxxxxx"
in php.ini ?
