Good morning everybody,
How can I use WScript.Shell to execute Ms-DOS commands and can I see the
outputs commands in the asp page?
In the past, using Win. NT 4 Server and cmd..shell attribute to a variable I
could write the results in the screen page.
Any sample?

I type ./a.out and the shell just sits there. It doesnt hang it just
sits there looking pretty.
I run the program with the ddd option and executed it from
ddd...execution window comes up and nothing shows up.
I used anjuta same thing. No compiler errors no warnings but it wont
execute.
Checked the permisions of the file and its execute..tried with no
execute from desperation,....same shit.
And yeah i got make.

I've searched the web and newsgroups for a week now with no concrete
answer. Question: How, if possible, can you either navigate to or get a
listing of a directory to load on an asp page and then doubleclick or
hyperlink the files to execute locally. I have already tried the
file:///C:\.... approach, but that opens the whole pc to the user, which I
don't want to do. I'd like everything to stay within the web application as

I m writing one code to invoke remote desktop service for given IP address. For that i m using mstsc.exe file to invoke RDP.
I have a no of links to be displayed on the page and on click of link, RDP for that IP should be called.
