PHP PDFLib Lite Binaries (Windows)

Hi,

I get this error with the new PHP PDF Binaries:
http://pecl.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=9491&edit=1

And I've attempted to do the workaround (install a newer PDFLib
binary). That fixes the problem, but, I only see binaries for the
commercial version of the PHP linked PDFLib.dll which I don't need and
which drops the watermark on the page.

Does anyone know where I can find dlls for PHP for PDFLib LITE? I
don't have a compiler on this machine so I can't compile my own PDFLib
Lite source.

Please help!

Folks, I've read the PHP online help file and I believe the ClibPDF functionality is seperate, but similar to the PDFlib version - What is the difference? Why would one use one, instead of the other? I know the PDFlib is not GPL (or I believe its not) but I do not know the ownership of ClibPDF - Is it GPL managed? I'm about to get involved with PHP and PDF creation and want to make sure I start of on the right foot... All help please,...

Greetings, Apologies in advance for the crosspost. I would like to determine if the PDFlib library has been installed on a shared server which I do not administer. Is there a command I can run on a Unix server to detect if PDFlib is installed?

So I've got PHP to recognize mcrypt and pdflib in the phpinfo() output, but trying to use any of the functions fail with "...undefined function called..". There aren't any configurable files with either distro and neither mention php.ini settings need to be made. Restarting the apache server does not fix this and no errors are reported while starting. The most recent stable releases Apache 2.0.49 and PHP 4.3.6 are being used with mcrypt...

Hey all, Anyone have a wraper written as a drop-in replacement for PDFlib? That is, use their function names, parameters, pretty much identically? I'm making some slight modifications to an open-source administrative software package that requires PDFlib, and according to pdflib's licensing agreement, administrative purposes for an educational facility requires a $450 license.

I'm curious - has anyone managed to get this to work? I am trying to use PHP 5.1.4 with PDFlib Lite 6.0.3. On both Linux and Mac, pear won't build it and tells me I have to use pecl. Pecl goes through the build process, builds a pdf.so, fails to copy it to the extensions/blahblah directory, and then adds it to the list of installed extensions (which is incorrect; the install never completed successfully).

I asked my web hosting company to install PDFlib so that I could create, just very simple dynamic pdfs. (using PHP5) They said it is installed. When I call phpinfo(), I see this . Configure Command './configure' '--with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs' '--prefix=/usr/local' '--with-xml' '--enable-bcmath' '--enable-calendar' '--with-curl' '--with-dom' '--with-dom-xslt' '--with-dom-exslt' '--enable-ftp' '--with-gd'...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
