php errors going to apache error log - can't change

Hi, I've got a problem with a bunch of "PHP Warning" and "PHP Notice"
messages being dumped into my apache error log, on a FC4 server. I
tried editing the /etc/php.ini file, changing the "error_log =" to it's
own file, and even tried turning off logging all together. No luck.
No matter what I do, these messages still end up my apache log. How
do I fix this?

Did you stop and restart Apache after making the changes? What does
phpinfo() show for error_log (and which php.ini file you're using)?

OK, I'm going to be brave. There is a bug in VS.Net 1.1 that causes random compiler errors. I have raised this issue in posts at least three time in the past couple of months without attracting much interest. But it's driving me nuts. Here's what happens. I'm working on a multi project VB app. happily writing nice inoffensive code - go to...

Does anything about this script look expensive, in terms of resources or execution time? This script dies after processing about 20 or 25 numbers, yet it leaves no errors in the error logs. This is on a server that handles a fairly demanding site. The defaults, in php.ini, have all been cranked fairly high: scripts get 180 seconds to run, and...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. For...
