Probably a simple question but I can't find the answer anyway.
Specifically, is it possible to copy a multidimensional array into the
$_SESSION array - ie a deep clone of all keys and data?
I naively assumed that
$_SESSION = $myArray ;
would work but it doesn't appear to work. Is there a single function

I'm trying to make use of a certain method of a COM object that takes a
multidimensional array as its sole parameter.
Here's an example of the construction of said array:
$cA = array();
$cA = new VARIANT($cDesc);Type Code
$cA = new VARIANT($cLongDesc);Long Description
$cA = new VARIANT('B');
$cA = new VARIANT($cPrice);
$cA = new VARIANT('D');

i've got an interesting peice of code i'm maintaining, and i'd like to
get some opinions and comments on it, hopefully so i can gain some
sort of insight as to why this works.
at the top of the function (which was translated from Fortran code),
among other heinous and numerous declarations, is this bit:
static float bbuff;
static int bkey;
static int buse;

Goodday everybody,
i want to create an array that represents data, that has to
be transferred to a pdf doc ( iTextSharp ).
The problem is, that i seem too loose my faith. Namely, ( i have
experiences in
c/c++, perl and i thouht in c#, too ), i do not succeed in creating a
multidimensional array. I have no experience in creating
multidimensional array in c#. The whole process looks so ugly to me,

I'm trying to copy data from a 1D array to a 2D array.
The obvious thing doesn't work:
int twoDee = new int;
int oneDee = new int { 1, 2 };
Array.Copy(oneDee, 2, twoDee, 2, 2);
This causes a RankException. But the MSDN documentation says:
When copying between multidimensional arrays, the array

I'm fairly new to ASP and must admit its proving a lot more unnecessarily
complicated than the other languages I know. I feel this is because there
aren't many good official resources out there to help do the most basic
things.
One of the "basic" things I haven't been able to find out how to do is how
to delete an item from a multidimensional array object and resize it
afterwards.
It seems so easy to conceive of the code to delete...

Im trying to scan a file using fscanf and want to put the results in a multidimensional array (since C has no strings I need it to store names).
Basically I want to be able to have a multidimensional array of names that were scanned in order that the file had and be able to access each one by using array for example, to output one of the names.
Im very bad at multidimensional array syntax so am asking for help, I could post my code and...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

The next Access Europe User Group meeting will be on Wednesday 1 May 2024 starting at 18:00 UK time (6PM UTC+1) and finishing by 19:30 (7.30PM).
In this session, we are pleased to welcome a new presenter, Adolph Dupré who will be discussing some powerful techniques for using class modules.
He will explain when you may want to use classes instead of User Defined Types (UDT). For example, to manage the data in unbound forms.
Adolph will...
