I am having some trouble rereading a file for input. Here's the problem: I have a text file with some data (football scores) in its lines. First I read them line-by line to figure out how many lines it has. Afterwards I want to read them again, and this time do some processing. However I cannot make my program do this. I tried the following: ############################ #include <iostream>

I am getting some error messages which I can't figure out their meaning. I have the code setup, I think it's correct but it doesn't work. My goal is to get this program to read from a data file and basically put it into an output file that I can access as a test file. Here is my header file: #include <iostream.h> #include <fstream.h> #include <iomanip.h>

I know that this has been beaten to death but I can't seem to resolve my issues (I have 2 of them). I have created a class that exposes a public method which returns a datatable as a datasource for a Crystal Report. The method has a single argument which represents a parameter required by the Stored Procedure. When I generate the report in Crystal and run it using the class I built, it works fine. I've tried it with parameters and...

I have created an IHttpHandler that waits for uploads as attachments for a webmail interface, and saves it to a directory that is defined in config.xml. My question is the following: assuming that this is suppossed to end up as a component for others to use, and therefore I do NOT have access to their global.cs::Session_End() how do I cleanup files that were uploaded -- but obviously left stranded when the users aborted/gave up writting...

While I know this is not the correct venue... I realize this is of little to no importance to most out there... however, if I had found this in my initial searches, I would have used this. So, as an alternative to the mentalis.org's IniReader, I submit the following files to the web news group DBs...: @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
