Ok, 3rd or is it the 4th time I have asked this question on Partial Types,
so, since it seems to me that Partial Types is still in the design or
development stages at Microsoft, I am going to ask it differently.
FOUR QUESTIONS:
The background:
I got three (3) files

I apologise in advance for such a basic question, but I'm hoping someone will
take the time to answer my question.
In my code I define a Dataset :
Partial Class Default_aspx
Dim dsExcel As New DataSet
I fill the Dataset as follows :

Hajo,
I would like to have 2 my own partial classes.
For example:
Default.aspx.cs
Default2.aspx.cs
and they both will relate to
Default.aspx page.

Hi
In asp.net 2.0 an aspx files .cs file is a partial class and all works fine,
however,
I thought I’d be able to create another class file, call it a partial class
and have
that compile and load as a 3rd partial class. This would be handy so i can
generate
standard code into one of the partial classes, while having my custom code
untouched

I am using ASP.Net 2.0 ,i've inherited a page in another page.
During compilaton I get the error saying
" the "base class" could not be found"
But when I rebuild the application the error goes. This behaviour is
very random.
Sample code in the code behind files
public partial class baseClassName : System.Web.UI.Page
{

I'd like to extend some of my Asp.net pages by using Partial Classes.
Example ASP.Net Page:
public partial class Admin_Customer : System.Web.UI.Page
{
protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
Data_List();
}
}

A few quick questions:
Is there a limitation on how much partial class files we can have for a
single class? And can a ASP.NET page file inherit a class from multiple
code-behind files? if so, do I need to point out all the codefiles in the
page directive, or just one of them is enough?

I have two web pages in a VS 2005 project. the first page has a struct
defined and used in the partial class:
public partial class InterIndex : System.Web.UI.Page
{
public struct TXMLData
{
public int DataID;
public string FileName;
public string FilePath;

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

The next Access Europe User Group meeting will be on Wednesday 1 May 2024 starting at 18:00 UK time (6PM UTC+1) and finishing by 19:30 (7.30PM).
In this session, we are pleased to welcome a new presenter, Adolph Dupré who will be discussing some powerful techniques for using class modules.

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
