I want to be able to generate SQL statements that will go through a list of
data, effectively row by row, enquire on the database if this exists in the
selected table- If it exists, then the colums must be UPDATED, if not, they
must be INSERTED.
Logically then, I would like to SELECT * FROM <TABLE>
WHERE ....<Values entered here>, and then IF FOUND
UPDATE <TABLE> SET .... <Values entered here> ELSE
INSERT INTO <TABLE> VALUES <Values...

Hi all
I want to do "INSERT INTO Table (Blob) Values('blobdataasstring')".
...rather than using the parameter driven method, is it possible? And if so
what encoder do I use to convert the bytes to string format?
Thanks

I've found some answers to my problem on this forum, but not exactly the answer I was looking for. Sorry if I've missed something.
This is my situation:
I am trying to make an insertion into an MySQL table, using an array for the field list AND another array for the values. I know by know that you can't just use:INSERT INTO table_name ($array1) VALUES ($array2);
So i've stripped the arrays first. My problem however is that I can only...

I think I am attempting a simple procedure but I just can't figure out
the correct syntax. My asp (classic) page runs a SELECT query to
obtain dates and ID's from 2 tables
uSQL = "SELECT cal_date, holiday_ID from Calendar, holiday_tbl WHERE
(((calendar.cal_Date) Between . And
.)) And Email_sent=0 AND Staff_ID=" & Staff_ID
This works fine.

I have multiple arrays that I need to insert/update database and I am not sure how to start, I think I need to use the "foreach" statement and also not sure whether or not to serialize and unserialize?
this info is then going to be used to populate a table.
This is what I have so far
<?php
$url = 'http://sports.yahoo.com/nascar/standings';
$html = file_get_contents($url);

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
