Anyone having a problem with www.php.net?

Just curious;

I'm getting redirected to pages on some "Hurricane Electric" website.

This is happening when I try to read the print friendly doc pages
which I have used and bookmarked for a long time.

http://us2.php.net/manual/en/print/index.php

Happened again when I just tried to download the documentation bundle
(Silly me, thinking this will be a workaround)...

Please advise.

http://www.php.net/manual/en/print/index.php

Seems to do as it should...

I'm guessing here, but he.net used to be a mirror site for php.net. I
noticed that their mirror link is gone from the main php.net page... I
wonder if they've stopped mirroring php.net.

Replace the "us2" with "www" and your links should work.

Regards,

- Dan

FWIW, I was having intermittent problems with www.php.net as well, this
morning.

It would have an error as described and then a minute later would be fine.

My host, Hurricane, was an official mirror for the php site as
late as last month. They're no longer listed on the mirror site
page today. Hmmm...Maybe that glitch was the official switchover
to a different mirror host.

It's working now, defaulting from www.php.net to

My manager wants me to develop a search program, that would work like they have it at edorado.com. She made up her requirements after having compared how search works at different websites, like eBay, Yahoo and others. This is what she wants my program to be able to do: (try this test at different websites just for fun). At eBay: - enter the word 'television' in a search field à you will get 2155 items.

Does anyone use the 3rd party utility CodeRush for VStudio? If so then I would like to see how well it is loved or hated. I have been using the trial for a week and I have a mixed opinion about it, neither love nor hate. Thanks, Larry.

Hello, Sorry for the long post, but I want to try and explain it clearly... I'm using webparts for (possibly) an unusual scenario, and I'm having problems. This could be because I'm doing something they weren't designed for, or it could just be that I don't understand what's going on well enough to get it to work. The situation is that I have a page that displays products from a

I find the irony in it too.. Since this perfectly describes the behavior I'm getting, I was wondering if

(The "C++ Grammer" thread in comp.lang.c++.moderated prompted this post). It would be more than a little bit nice if C++ was much "cleaner" (less complex) so that it wasn't a major world wide untaking to create a toolchain for it. Way back when, there used to be something called "Small C". I wonder if the creator(s) of that would want to embark on creating a nice little Small C++ compiler devoid of C++ language features that make...

Just curious if anyone is having issues with Acc 2007 once the number of objects and complexity increases? I have a fairly large app, with many linked tables, 100's of forms, queries, reports, and lots of vba code. I'm nearly finished with re-doing my app in access 2007, and just imported an add-in program, which has added even more forms, queries and linked tables. Every so often now, after opening many different screens, I'll...

I seem to be having a mentally bad period lately . My code is beginning to be terrible convoluted mess, and I shudder to think what it will be like to go back in a couple months and try to follow it, so I'm going back to basics. Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
