calculating the Isoelectric point and Molecular weight of protein sequence

Hi all,
i m working on a bioinformatics problem.
Regarding that i would like to know about the perl programming.
I also like to know that how could i calculate the Isoelectric point and Molecular weight of a protein sequence.
Please reply me as soon as possible.

My problem regarding calulating Molecular weight has been solved as i used bioperl module but i still have problem of how to calculate Isoelectric point of proteins .
Please send me some more links to slove my query.
