Hi all,
I have a solution which contains multiple projects.
Those multiple projects should share the same session. For example,
users login, create the session for users then these session information
should be accessed by multiple projects. How do I archieve this? Any
tutorial out there?

I am having a problem sharing session between SSL and non-SSL asp.net pages
I have F5 BigIP with sticky sessions working fine, but the problem is tha
sticky session applies at the port level (80 vs. 443) so when a user goes t
a SSL page I lose session vars because it's on another server on the farm
When the user stays on the same server for both non-SSL and SSL the sessio

I have 2 domains X.AAAA.BB and Y.AAAA.BB and I would like to share
sessions values between them.
According to the cookie specification it is possible to create a
cookie with a common domain setting: .AAAA.BB. Thus the browser will
send back the cookie to both of the web sites X.AAAA.BB and Y.AAAA.BB.

Is it possible to ask the .Net framework to set the session cookie to
..AAAA.BB instead of...

Problem Description: How to share Session between ASP and ASP.Net across the

Microsoft has given an article on session sharing between ASP and ASP.Net.
It workd fine if both ASP and ASP.Net pages are under the same domain. But I

I have a web farm that uses a state server for session management.
A user logs on to a website (www1.mysite.com).
When the same user visits www2.mysite.com I want the user to be logged in.
Right now it he is not logged in on www2.mysite.com (both sites use the same
state server).
The reason for this seems to be that the user gets a new SessionId when he
visits a new web server (www2.mysite.com for example).

Hi all. I've got an app that dumps a user id into a session after
successful login. the login page is http://www.mydomain.com/login.php.
If the user visits pages on my site without the www (i.e.,
http://mydomain.com/foo.php), the session works fine and login state is
maintained.
If he visits http://www.mydomain.com/foo.php, the app drops the
logged-in state.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
