Are there perl docs available anywhere on a par with the Javadocs on
Sun's site for example?
For instance, I am writing a script which needs date/time
functionality. I am using perldoc.com to try to find out what I have
available and how it works, so I found the Time::localtime package

Hi,
I am trying to construct a WSE 2.0 security SOAP request in VBScript on an
HTML page to send off to a webservice. I think I've almost got it but I'm
having an issue generating the nonce value for the UserName token. Is it
possilbe at all to do this from VBScript (or jscript?)? I know I will be
limited with what I can do with the SOAP message. Eg/ can't sign/encrypt it
etc.

hi
i have a program that works very similar to tail -f in Unix
It will need a Ctrl-C in order to break out of the program.
I wish to run this program using python (either thru os.system() or
some other subprocess modules) and how can i pass Ctrl-C to this
program to terminate it in python?

Hi all
I'm writing a small app that needs to be in C++ and needs to send email
from inside the program. I can do this easily in PHP, Perl and Java,
but have no clue how to do it in C++.
Does anyone know of free code I look at that incorporates this
function? Basically, I need to send a simple email to the system
support if something goes wrong in the program. The program will be
running on Windows and I'll be compiling it under MinGW.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
