Oracle ODBC Drivers

I'm trying to connect to an Oracle db on our network, through either
SQL Server 2000 or Access 2000. Do I have to have Oracle client
software loaded on my machine in order to do this or can I just
download drivers alone?

You need the Oracle client software.
