Oracle Recover/Restore

Howdy everyone,

* how do i specify a particular backup file to use for a restore using
either rman/oem gui/pl sql? this is handy if the most recent backup
is a dud

* can i use rman and oem gui for backup and restores interchangeably?

* how can i restore single object like and accidently dropped stored
procedure?

* how can i easily move small objects - pl/sql packages, static tables
etc - between schema?

we have oracle 9.2 standard edition on win 2k

regards
