hi all, A user can upload maximum 10 image files at once. When the user only uploads 6 images, 4 fileboxes are left blank. I use function checkImage() //check the the extension. Must be a jpeg { $bool = 0; $this->type = $_FILES; if ($this->type == "image/pjpeg" || $this->type == "image/jpg")

I have multi-page tiff files. I need to extract individual frames from the multi-page tiffs and save them as single-page tiffs. 95% of the time I receive multi-page tiffs containing 1 or more black and white CCITT4 compressed files (frames) inside the tiff. Every now and then I receive a mixture of black and white CCITT4 and JPEG compressed files, and sometimes just multi-page tiffs with JPEG only. The code runs great when dealing with the...

Hello, I'm trying to upload images to http://imageshac.us via a Python script. I have looked at the POST request with HTTPLiveHeaders Firefox extension when I upload an image, but I can't figure what's wrong. (if I disable the cookies in the browser, it still works, so it's not that).

Greetings all, As a newbie, using Access 2000, I would appreciate advice on the best way to include pictures. I have developed a 'Home Inventory' database which can include jpeg thumbnails of my items and I can review things at anytime - on the desktop where I created all this - no problem so far. I networked the mdb file (only) across to my laptop and found the pictures don't show. So I guess my database table is only storing links to

Hi, I'm developing a web application where users can upload multiple files to the website. I'm using asp.net 2.0 with FileUpload control and can upload 1 image to the server, but I would like to upload 5 images in total. Can someone help me in writing a VB.NET part on how I can upload these multiple files using the FileUpload control?

Hi, It seems that every time I put together a new script to upload a file I always have problems, here's the latest one: I've got a form with two file input fields, when I submit the form, everything goes OK, but the files don't upload, the permissions on the folders are fine and dandy (Both 777). Here's my code: if(is_uploaded_file($_FILES)){ $target_path = "/home/default/ratemyplace.org.uk/user/htdocs/newsite/images/premimages/";

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
