I try to use the Server Data on Insert property to return a column value
swhich is set in a trigger.
But it does not work. Why not? What am I doing wrong?

Access 2k -> SQL Server 2k
My client has an app that is A2k FE with A2k BE. They have asked me
to move the BE to SQL Server.
I have a bit of experience with SQL Server, and I'm happy with
scripting the database etc.
However, when it comes time to move the data itself, I have a teensy
little concern.

I am doing a test on migrating an Oracle 8i database to
SQL 2000. I've never done this before and I would like
to find out if there are any complications or side effects
if I try doing the transfer of data using DTS?
If not DTS then what would you suggest I transfer data
with?

Hi
We need to migratedata for about 300 tables from MS SQL server database to
Linux DB2 V8.1.
Total size of all 300 tables is @ 3 GB.
We have converted tables DDL using IBM migration tool kit and created them
in DB2
but having tough time in transferring the data.
There are tons of identity colums (GENERATE ALWAYS AS IDENTITY) in these
tables.

I am a newbie to Oracle databases....
We have a visualization front-end tool connected to an Oracle back-end
database on a Tru64 UNIX server. We also have clients with MS access
databases who would like to share their data using this visualization
tool but do not want to import their data into the Oracle server
back-end.

I scoured the groups for some hands on code to perform the menial task
of exporting table data from an Access 2000 database to Oracle
database (in this case, it was oracle 8i but i'm assuming this will
work for 9i and even 10g )
No one had what I needed, so I wrote it myself.
I Rule.
This code isn't going for efficiency, and isn't trying to be dynamic.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
