Oracle Text - creating of the word-frequency histogram from the Oracle Text

1 New Member
I need make from the Oracle Text index of the "word-frequency histogram", this is list of the tokens in this index, where each token contains the list of documents that contain that token and frequency this token in the every dokument. Don´t anybody know how to get this data from Oracle Text index so that result will save to the table or to the text file?

It's fairly easy to get the list of documents that contain a particular token. That's what the CONTAINS function does.

Oracle doesn't explicitly keep track of the number of times a word is contained in any particular document. The TOKEN_INFO column contains the docid of each document in which a token is found, however to obtain the information you would like requires that you count the number of times the particular DOCID occurs in each of the rows that represent the TOKEN you're interested in. Unfortunately TOKEN_INFO is proprietary and encrypted in some way so even this is not possible.

I first started using HCW.exe to compile .rtf filew created with MS Word a couple of weeks ago. I used the file | new menu then selected New project in the dialog box and everything worked as expected. After this I decided to TRY to start a new project, so I repeated the File | New menu but for some reason HCW.exe wouldn't allow me to create a new project. After repeating the aforementioned process the filename plus the ..hpj extension...

Hi all, In an effort to try to impress the boss, I would like to log accounting information to an Excel spreadsheet using C# and .NET. This would be a mockup only, not a real solution - yet! We are a small ticketing company - not a bunch of IT whiz kids. ...but I do have an IT background. I have been successful in logging (printing) tickets to a word document, and it all works kinda cool. However, I wish to log to same information to...

I have found some code that shows how to convert an html form to Word. The message said to simply put the following in the Page_load: Response.ContentType = "application/ms-word" Response.AddHeader("content-disposition", "inline; filename=BP_CaseStatus.doc") Now all I should have to do is create the page just like I would if I were going to display it in the browser.

Hi all, I'm using C# in my ASP.NET application and cannot seem to access the MS word libraries to create a word document for some reason. I have used both of these tutorials: http://www.dotnetspider.com/Technology/KBPages/587.aspx http://www.codeproject.com/aspnet/wordapplication.asp But if I follow the instructions provided in the second tutorial I just end up with the error: C:\myDir\myWebPage.aspx.cs(69): The type or namespace name...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
