I decided to try InlineTDS...
I downloaded InlineTDS from http://library.freeodbc.org/ and put the
..so file in /usr/lib. I then added this to my /etc/odbcinst.ini...

Is it possible to see what statements has been executed to database?
Is there any tool or log to look into?
I am new to Oracle and have been mainly doing things with MySQL where
you can enable logging and then just watch logs.
Any hints?

Hi,
My provider have installed Oracle 8.1.7 on AIX 5.2, i've already
connected to the database using, TOra, Toad and SQLPLUS from Windows.
The problem is that in less than a minute or for a ver short time (no
more than 2 mins) the connection to oracle send the ORA-03113. I've
checked other groups and already know that the problem may be because
of the net, but i want to know if there another reason, maybe a
configuration file.

Hi,
I'm using TOra 1.2.4 to develop on an Oracle 10g Database on SuSE 8.2.
Whenever I try to connect, I get an ORA-12705 Error. I've tried everything
so far, concerning the NLS-Parameters. Has anyone got a clue whts's going
wrong?

Im trying to get some kde database application working, but I cant get
them connected to the postgres server.
psql connect seamlessly with - lets say - music database. But kde
application dont?
I created the user "janusz" in postgres I lived untached
/etc/postgresql/pg_hba.conf (I understand localhost can connect allthe time)
Whats missing how to check?

I have set up MySQL on my machine and can successfully use it.
However, I'm trying to set up TOra so that I can browse the databases
effectively. I'm having lots of trouble trying to get TOra to work
with MySQL.
Please take a look at the notes below and please let me know why I'm
having trouble and how to fix it.....

Hi,
I need to export a 200MB database from one domain to another.
phpMyAdmin timeout after a while and is not ideal.
I don't mind spending money if I have to but this is rather urgent.
I only work on win32 machines but the servers are Unix machines.
I don't have command line access to the servers.
