Could Not Save; Currently locked by another user

Hi all,
I am getting this error while executing update query in Vb.net with OLEDB database connection with MS Access. I am trying to update image in database and getting this exception. Amazingly Query executes perfectly if I omit the updating of image from the query.

A solution would be appreciated.
regards
Mani
