How to built myspace?

30 New Member
Hi all, I want to built myspace or facebook. I barely started learning ASP.NET. I am doing this for my Project in College

Currently i have created simple login and registration using Visual Studio tutorials. Now i am trying to built master page.

I really want to know - if i am going in right way. What are the different stages to complete Myspace/Facebook.

Please provide me any general to detailed information of building this huge application.

Any examples or sample code for different pieces.

I would really appreciate it.....

Thanks,

"I can never give up"

This is what we would call a homework assignment. Do something yourself, and tell us what problems you are having. Then we can help you. We can't really help you if you don't even know where to get started.

What you're asking is akin to saying "I don't know how to be a carpenter, but I want to build a mansion. Please give me advice on making a roof, and maybe some help making walls." If you don't know how to lay the foundation down, how can we help you build a house, much less a mansion?

Nice analogy :-)

Not sure I would consider either of those "mansions", so much as maybe sleazy used car dealerships.

Good point. Still have to know how to make buildings to build them though.
