System Idle Time Detection in C#.Net

How we ca detect the system idle time . Actually i want to Check whether thesystem is inactive(ie, the mouse and keyboard are not active)
or not....

hi friends ..
i want to develop time tracker .means we are calculating the working hours of the employee and idle time of the employee(means how much time he didnot use the system).we are providing the breaktimings.what i want is calculating the " idle time and working hours".

Hmm, well I guess you want want to watch for keyboard and mouse movements yes?

If you just want to know when they are not using your application, try Application.Idle.

However, if you want to know when they are not doing moving mouse/keyboard on their computer, regardless of what program has the focus....
