Moving And Resizing Controls At Runtime

I am wanting to move and/or resize controls at runtime. I have download and
integrated this application:

http://www.codeproject.com/KB/miscct...ctTracker.aspx

It is the C# Rect Tracker, and works great. However, I still need to seek
the ability to do a few more things. If anybody has enhanced C# Rect
Tracker, and/or knows of other code, including commercial product to do the
following, I would appreciate it.

I need to be able to highlight multiple controls at once, just like in
design view in Visual Studio.Net. I also need to be able to to aligning of
controls (top, left, right, bottom) when multiple controls are highlighted.

Any products out there?

Derek
