Binding scrollbars in C#

I've searched around but haven't been able to come up with a solution for this. Im using C# in Visual Studio. I have two list boxes side by side and the data in each correspond to one another. On highlighting an item in one box, it's match in the opposite box is hightlighted. However I am able to scroll one box at a time. Is there a way to set the scroll position of one scrollbar to the position of the other? Possibly a scroll event? And how can I set the properties of the scrollbar?

Setting the selected item in a listbox should move the scroll focus correctly.

It will automatically scroll if you cannot see the matching item, but I can scroll one box with the other staying constant. I'd like for the items to always be across from one another, so if I'm scrolling one box the other will also. For instance, if there are 10 items in each list but the box is only tall enough to display 7, I can scroll the left box and the right will stay as it was. Now if I select an item in either box(say item 4), then item 4 will be highlighted in box controls but they are no longer across from one another.
