XML comment generation in VS2005?

Has anyone found a plug-in or crafted an add-in that will do the
equivalent of the C#' editor's XML comment generation yet?

Isn't that a C# only plugin? I suspect he is looking for a VC8 plugin that
does XML commenting like C# does with the ///
