Sending mails automatically..........

How can i send mails automatically through asp.net at regular intervals without any user intervention??
Is that possible?

I'm using Win XP SP2,.Net 1.1
Actually i'm building a tech news website..
i want to send to my customers a weekly newsletter thro' e-mail....
i want this process to be performed automatically.......
i' v tried using windows service but how can i include System.Web.Mail in windows service...
it does not support!!

Can u pls help now??

You don't need the web service to send the email, here is an article that may help:
