Sending E-mails from Access 97

P: n/a
Hi There,

I have a button on a form within access that sends a verification e-
mail. My problem is that these e-mails are sending from individual
user accounts rather than a genieric mailbox.

Is there a way to do this?

We are using MS Outlook each user has an account set up that gives
them a personal mailbox and access to another mailbox "helpdesk". I
need e-mails to appear to come from helpdesk rather than the user.

Isn't there a profile one would open in Outlook when sending the emails?

IOW, when sending helpdesk messages, open the helpdesk profile.
