Help with dynamic context menus

What I need my context menu to do is this

Options ->

Accounts ->

Delete Account ->

<these need to auto index

based on existing accounts>

I've done this before in VS2003, but when I upgraded to 2005 my code no longer worked.

I want the index code to be in a subroutine that handles when the mouse enters the Delete Account menu item.

Any helpful responses are much appreciated
