VS Setup project - modify a file after installation

Hi everyone,

I am building a VS Setup project (.NET 1.1) that needs to change an XML file after installation.
Basically, what I need to do is, I need to change a value in an XML node (in a file) to the location of the project output (there are multiple project output in the project).

Say I have a project with 3 project outputs (one.exe, two.dll and three.dll) and also an XML file call myFile.xml is included in the project.
After the installation, I need to change myFile.xml to include the full path of two.dll into a node inside it.

Is there any easy way to perform this task?
