Open Form design error

Hi,guys.

When I open an existed project, I got a problem.I do not know why?
When I open a Form on my Solution:

An error occurred while loading the document. Fix the error and then try loading the document again. The error message follows:

The designer cannot process the code at line 152:
this.textURL.Size = new Size(this._scrrenEWidth - PAD_WIDTH,
SurveyListScreen.WIDGET_HEIGHT);
The code within the method 'InitializeComponent' is generated by the
designer and should not be manually modified. Please remove any changes and
try opening the designer again.

My visual stadio is: Microsoft Visual stadio .NET 2003.
