Windows Service - Notes Issue - Cannot Open ID File

Hi All,

I am trying to create a windows service that will open my lotus notes email
inbox and transfer the message body text to MS SQL.

I can get the code working in a windows application (via the click of a
button) but when I try to do this througha windows service it does not
initiliase the session i.e.
Try {session.Initiliaze("PASSWORD")}

comes back with error - "Notes: Cannot Open ID File"

the service is running under LocalSystem

My environment is XP professional, Visual studio 2003, notes 6
The location of my ID file is in the same place as my INI file
