I install Visual Studio .net.
When I try to create a windows application, this error happended:
"Visual C# .Net Compiler could not be created"
I understand that missing something or I not Install complete.

Try restarting visual studio. If that doesn't help try reinstalling.

Mpaz,
I've seen that message once when attempting to create a new project
and the PATH environment variable points to a directory that doesn't
exist.

Could you explain where I can find the TEMP environment variable and what
kind of value it should be/i should look for?
