Hi,
I'm really desperate using code generation(wsdl.exe) from wsdl files for
latest WS-Eventing(including WS-Addressing) Specs.
I'm writing my diploma about "publish subscribe systems based on Web
Services"[1]
I took the WS-Eventing WSDL file and added <binding>'s and
<service>'s... Then i took the apache axis wsdl2java tool and i got nice
code for use within Axis.
Now i'm trying to do the same for .Net with wsdl.exe, but i think it
isn't possible.
Has anyone of you every done code generation from the
ws-eventing/ws-addressing spec wsdl files?
Here are some of my problems:
- wsdl.exe is so buggy, it just cannot handle <xs:include..> statements
in included xsd files.[2] (in eventing.xsd addressing.xsd is included)
- then i tried to put the eventing.xsd content inside the <types> tag
and included the xml.xsd and addressing.xsd but it did not work.
the error is mostly:
----
Error: Unable to import binding 'EventSourceBinding' from namespace
'http://www.lischke.de/PubSubWS'.
- Unable to import operation 'SubscribeMsg'.
- The datatype 'Subscribe' is missing.
----
thanx for any help
stefan
P.S.
I know i could use plumbwork orange project from john bristowe and
christian weyer, but WSE does not support latest WS-addressing spec, so
plumbwork is not supporting the latest ws-eventing spec ;-(
