VC mixed mode component problem.

Any ideas truly appreciated.
I wrote a mixed mode dll component in VC 7.1 which compiles with no errors
and works great.
It is being consumed by a C# program, which when it compiles again, works
excellently.

However every so often, maybe every 3rd compile.
I get an error when I compile the C# program stating
FormXyz.resource not found, and the C# app fails to compile.

If I remove the C++ mixed mode DLL all works fine.

Any idea why a managed mixed mode C++ DLL would cause Visual Studio to
hiccup?

Any ideas greatly appreciated,
Domenic
