How to display events

I am creating a form which should show events as they occur: e.g., in a
Buuton_Click event I set a lblEvent.Text = "Button Click".
Button Click works fine, but not Button Got Focus, Button Lost Focus etc. I
tried Me.Refresh but no joy.
Thanks for any help.

Greetings from a second day newbie to php. I think I have figured out a way to explode a field in a csv file (like 11-08-03) and implode it as 031108 and then compare it to the current date(ymd) to display data after the current date. What I would like to now do is use the 11 and display Nov. Can anybody help or point me in the right direction? Thanks. Bill

My client has an annual calendar of events consisting of a record for each event, key field is the event date saved as a date type field. They would like the display to start with the current month, list to the end of the year then start the beginning of the year and list up to the current month. How does one retrieve data based on date? I guess I'd like something like : SELECT * FROM EVENTS WHERE ORDER BY Date Then :

Hi, We have an app that uses a page to either load a full page applet, or some html based on some params. There are events trapped for rigth click actions that show a DIV with some menu options. Works fine with the HTML... But, of course, by default the Applet seems to take precedence over any DIV etc on top.

Hi Experts, I would like to display the latest 500 events from a table which contains over a million records. The speed of insertion is about 25 a second. How can I display it and refresh the view every second to include the new 25 or so events + the 475 out of 500 events from before. What is the best method of so.

Hi I have a table in an sql database that contains data that has been encrypted using the DPAPI. What I am trying to achieve is to bind several controls on a vb 2005 windows form to those fields but display the decrypted data in the controls instead of the encrypted data. I also want to use a binding navigator to scroll through the records and to add/delete records. I don't have a problem with the encryption/decryption but am...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
