VB .NET 2003 Standard vs. Professional

I can't seem to find a standalone purchase of VB.NET 2003 Professional. I
have a couple of questions:

1. Can it be purchased outside of the VStudio package?
2. Does anyone have a feature matrix of the differences?

Thanks!

Thanks Cor!!! That mostly answers my question - One last thought:

It shows Visual Studio Pro as being able to Build device-based applications
and solutions. Does this mean WinCE, PocketPC apps? Can it also program
PalmOS apps? Or do I need CrossFire from AppForge to do that?

Thanks!

The only Visual Basic version available is the Standard version:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/howtobuy/vbasic/default.aspx
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vbasic/pro...s/default.aspx

Otherwise you need to look at Visual Studio for additional features:
