simple basic question with asp..

Hi all

I have a very basic question. If its already answered elsewhere, I do
apologize but i would appreciate if you could send me the pointers.

I have .net framework 1.0 installed and have been running asp.net websites.
Today I had to revive an old "asp" website that was built prior to the .net
launch. My question is can I run this previous version of ASP on .net
framework? In that case, what are the steps to be taken care of to get the
site up & running?

thanks. appreciate it.

no - they use a different handler - asp cannot be processed by the
framework.

You could run the code on a machine with the framework installed though.
