what are commercial license conditions on Microsoft components libraries?

Hi,

I was wondering about the workings of Microsoft licenses for
commercial distribution of my work. As far as I understand, if I want
to distribute (sell) program that uses ArrayList and WindowsForm
classes, I do not need to pay anything. But how about a program using
unmanaged components from the published libraries, for instance the
Browser Control? I cannot seem to find any relevant info in Google.
But I am hoping that professional developers here would be well
acquainted with this stuff.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
