Problem with App.config file

hi,
In the App.config file I have added my own custom tags.
<section name="AdvancedSearch"
type="System.Configuration.NameValueSectionHandler ,
System, Version=1.0.5000.0,
Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089,
Custom=null"/>
</configSections>
<AdvancedSearch>
<add key = "EmployeeID" value="c_emp_id"/>
<add key = "First Name" value="v_emp_fn"/>
</AdvancedSearch>

From the C# client I have written the following code to
access the values in this custom tag
NameValueCollection searchValuesNVColl =
(NameValueCollection)ConfigurationSettings.GetConf ig
("AdvancedSearch");

The program complies fine. When i try to execute the code
i get the following error.
Additional information: Could not create
System.Configuration.NameValueSectionHandler,
System, Version=1.0.5000.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089,
Custom=null

Am i missing something.

Please help.

thanks in advance
regards
Parag joshi
