Resources in Microsoft Project

All,
I need help figuring out how to handle a business scenario in Microsoft
Project. Here is my dilemma. I have a project that has multiple task and
resources. One of the tasks has duration of 16 hours spread over five years.
There are 3 resources assigned to this task. Currently, Microsoft Project
treats this task as a one day or two day task depending on how many resources
I add to the task. The actual performance for this task is spread over the 5
year window. An hour of work is done in the last year. How can I get
Microsoft Project to correctly distribute the resource time and to show a
start to finish that covers the entire 5 years needed for this task? HELP
PLEASE!!!!

Wrong group. This group is for .NET programming using the C++/CLI language.

I have found a strange resource problem, but luckily I have also found the solution which was not obvious from the runtime exception. I really think that the compiler should pick up this problem and fix it. What do you people think? Try the following: 1. Create a new c# windows application called MyTestApp 2. Create a notifyIcon on the form...

Greetings, When I add a resource to the project (VS.NET) it places a .resx file. There are many columns in the grid to input data. I just want to specify a Name/Value pair to hold a resource of strings. My problem is that I also have to specify a type. So I usually specify System.String. I have no idea what I would put in there. I...

I have added a resource file to my project called "DemoSite1Resources.resx". I have seen an example in VB where you could have type-safe access to the resources in your code like this: btn.Text = My.Resources.DemoSite1Resources.btnCaption But how can I have similar type-safe access to the resources in C#? I have been able to do it in an...
