Hi
I just got the Deluxe Learning Edition and VC# .NET Standard does not have a
lot of the project types. I was disappointed that I couldn't actually do a
lot of the projects in the Step by Step book. I felt ripped off. Anyway I
found that you can copy the Console Wizard and Project and modify the script
to point to defaultDLL.csproj to make a DLL project. Does anyone know how I
can get the other projects? Someone mentioned that you can...

Hi Gang,
I saw this for sale online: Microsoft Visual Basic.NET Deluxe Learning
Edition Version 2003. I'm wondering is the CD that's bundled with the
learning edition just a digitized version of the book or is it an
interactive tutorial?
Thanks,
Christian Blackburn

Due to an earlier posting I read in this newsgroup regarding Office 2007
beta, I downloaded it. After I DL'd it, I got an invitation from MS to
get WinVista.
I am now wondering if, since both are betas, it is best to buy a new
computer? My current computer setup is a Pentium 4, 1 gig memory, 2.66
ghz, 60-80 gig disk drive.
MS's requirements for a WinVista computer is

Hi, I'm checking out the Deluxe Menu (http://deluxe-menu.com/) for a client. We want to use the scrolling feature but scrollbars appear in it on Safari, which is ugly. Has anyone ever used this and disabled the scrollbars on Safari? Does anyone know much about scrolling divs and Safari in general and/or have any ideas about this?
I'm just checking out the demo version and so can't look at the source code right now.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
