I initially tried building a coded system where numbers 1 through 10
referenced a certain type of recurring appointment, and would then call a
specific function for each, but as more appointments were added things began
to slow down quite a bit. I've taken a different approach since, and decided
to create a single record for each recurring appointment, but this has
problems as well due to the fact that I have to search each time slot going...

I am successfully creating and deleting appointments and sending
invitations in a C# / ASP.NET / Exchange2000 environment. It works
great!
But the problem is that no notifications are sent out when I
programmatically delete or modify appointments. This is a key feature
that we will need and I am looking for information/documentation on
how to send these notifications programatically. The code below is
what I'm using to delete a...

XML seems to be a hot technology buzzword. And it appears XML is
supported in A2003.
I am wondering if it could be used in the following scenario. I create
an order record for the customer. This customer is one I do a lot of
business with. I could create an email to send him a copy of the order.
A more preferable approach would be to transfer to the customer the
order and order items parts which could then be imported/used to update...

Hi, I have an app that is going to require recurring diary entries, it's a
relatively simple app but I have no idea how to go about the recurring entry
side of things.
The functionality needs to be similar to outlook in the way the recurring
entries work, but the system will be built around a MySql database and I
don' want to add thousands of records, although each recurring entry could
contain different information.
Any ideas would...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
