We just released a wireless search service. The wireless search
service takes the results returned by Google and gives key points of
the resulting web sites. The short key points are suitable for viewing

I have an app that runs full screen and uses a wireless connection and is
executed from the startup. the problem is that as soon as the app starts it

wifi is ready.

Hi all,
I am about to distribute an A97-runtime app. which will be used on a LAN by approx. 30 users.
The network is pretty good, but there are a few managers who have wireless laptops...
Of course they also want to access the db.
I am a bit afraid of possible corruption due to the wireless connections.
==> Do I have to be afraid indeed?
If so, what is the best way to deal with this?
Should I trace the wireless connections...

Hello, I am new to this community and I apologize if I am posting this
message under the wrong group. I am interested in writing a C# application
that can be used to detect unauthorized wireless access points in my
company's network. The basics behind the application is to run a scan on a
range of IP addresses, trying to find all access points, and report the
access points to a file/report/etc. On my first attempt, I created a small...

Hello all..
I have a strange issue. I am trying to do an opendir via a UNC path,
from my windows server to another windows machine.
As long as my remote machine is on a physically wired connection, it
works great. However, if my remote machine is on a wireless network, I
get the following error:
Warning: opendir(\\10.51.50.79\plc$): failed to open dir: Invalid

I'm wanting to create a simple program for my computer at home. I would
like to keep my wireless network disabled and then only enable it when
a certain program starts (internet explorer or firefox), and then
disable the network when the program closes. Trapping when ie or
firefox starts isn't a problem, I just can't figure out how to enable
and disable the wireless network. Does anyone have any ideas on how to
do this?
At the very...

Anybody else ever had a problem like this?
Windows 2003 Domain with 180 machines,
21 of them with XP SP2 Laptop Wireless
access to the domain, on three different WIFI AP.
Randomly (and luckily infrequently) I am
"losing" my dhcp on wireless machines where
they will "drop" off the network suddenly
and then not reconnect even rebooting, yet
if I change to static IP they will reconnect
fine (I am trying to stem a flow since I

Hello all, this is my first post in these forums, so bear with me if I've broken a few rules here or there.
Anyhow, I would like to ask if anyone if familiar with the XBee Pro, here, and documentation is available here. The documents don't match the product exactly, the links from the product page ended up to the documents page I supplied.
The difference between the models are just the effective range (I think), and the models are...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
