Hi,
In recently recieved some excellent advice which ebnabled me to make a form
behave as a spreadsheet with respect to the down and up arrow keys. To
develop this further I would like the right and left arrow to move to the
next or previous tab control. DoCmd.GotoRecord,,AcNext does the business
for down, but nowhere can I find a 'docmd go to next tab' or words to that
effect!!!
Any ideas?

I've setup a custom combobox control that allows a multikey selections. This
lets the user enter key presses and the combo scrolls to the matching
selection. I run into a bug when the user opens the dropdown and enters a
new character which the box auto scrolls to. The combobox displays the
selected value but when I reference the text and selected value properties
they still have the old values. Has anyone seen a problem like this...

I've looked high and low for some code that will allow me to have a combobox
with a flat borderstyle. I found a few examples, but nothing that was
really usable for me. I had the following criteria that I wanted to meet,
but nothing did:
- No reliance on a separate library
- No unmanaged code
- Easy subclassing of System.Windows.Forms.Combobox (i.e. no custom control
monstrosity)
- No extra funky features that I didn't need

I would like to know if I can loop my selection in a combobox. For
instance, I got 8 items in a combobox, and when I selected it using the up
and down arrow, it will stop in the first record even I keep on press the up
arrow, on the other hand, if it's the last selection, it will stop in the

This is the 2nd time posting so sorry for duplications.
I am using VB.NT 2005 & a standard Combobox.
I've been wracking my brain over this problem for a over a month & cannot
seem to find a way to trap the pressing of a Tab Key when the focus is in a
Combobox. The KeyDown or KeyUp event for a combobox will not fire when the
tab key is pressed. The Keyup event will fire when the Tab key is used to tab
into the combo, however I want to trap...

I have combobox column in DataGridView.
Up and down error keys should be used to navigate previous and next row in
grid.
For this I override them in ProcessCmdKey() event.
When combobox dropdown menu is open arrow arrow keys should move to previous
and next item in
dropdown menu instead of moving betveen rows.

Thank you very much. I have issue on implementing add row properly using
this.
User presses down arrow in last row in grid starting adding new row.
Then user changes its mind desiding that new row should not added and
presses up arrow.
DataGridView does not show this unfinished row anymore.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
