Hi all,
I know now how to change the font name of a RTF file in a RTB control using,
for example:
RTextBox1.SelFontName = cmbFonts.Text
I have a RTF file -created with Word- displayed in a RTB control. Whenever I
change the font type during the runtime by selecting a font name from a
combobox -of all system fonts, the text changes its font correctly but I
loose some formatting such as a bold text and/or titles become normal text.

I'm trying to display a word document inside a web page, but everytime I do
I get this error:
Error Type:
Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A0046)
Permission denied: 'CreateObject'
Does anybody know the correct way to do this? I don't want to link to a
document, but rather display a word file inside the asp page.

Has anyone solved the issue of translating lists in Word 2003 (WordML)
into xHTML? I have been trying to get the nested table code for my XSLT
to work for a while now, with no way to get the collection that I need.
To begin, I am using xsltproc that conmes with Cygwin as my processor.
I have no particular affinity to this processor except that it is open
source and standards compliant. I don't like M$, but if using a M$
processing...

I have found some code that shows how to convert an html
form to Word. The message said to simply put the following
in the Page_load:
Response.ContentType = "application/ms-word"
Response.AddHeader("content-disposition", "inline;
filename=BP_CaseStatus.doc")
Now all I should have to do is create the page just like I
would if I were going to display it in the browser.

A selected text has fontstyles like bold and italic and underscore
I want to remove one of them without changing the other fontstyles.
How to do that?
Thanks for any response

I often see a listbox in which certain items are grayed, indicating
that the item is "there" but disabled. It's a very helpful feature.
Can you do that in cSharp? I don't find lstMain.SelectedItem.enabled?

Hi
I have a pretty basic windows application created in Visual Studio
2005 and VB.NET.
I set my Form's font to Arial 8.25pt, so when i added a label and a
button they automatically have a font of Arial and 8.25pt.
Great.

I am Dynamically generating a proposal(report) in MS Word. By default the Paragraph Alignment is "Left". For the First 6 Paragraphs I set the Alignment to "Center", and then when attempting to switch back to "Left" aligned for remaining paragraphs, the text within the Word document remained Centered.
I'm using: VS2008 w/ .NET Framework 3.5, Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word Version 12.0.0.0, and I'm creating the document as a 97-2003 document...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
