Is it possible to use the databrid as the flexgrid. I am
using vb .net in a smart device application. I have a
part number being entered by the user, I then want to
search the grid for that part number, if it is not there I
want to add it. I also want the ability for the user to

Hi,
I've recently purchased VB.NET 2003 and was hoping to experiment with the
smart device apps. However the smart device application wizard does not
seem to appear in my templates box.
Looking in the help i could see that smart device apps are coded in VB OR C#
and seeing as i do have VB.NET, I'm hoping that i don't need to go and
purchase VS.NET in order to get this to work.

I have Visual C#.net and got visual studio 2003 with it as a package. My
question is, can I create programs for Smart Devices? In the help file it
walks you through it, but it tells you to create a new project and click
smart device. The only templates it lists under "Visual C# Projects are:
Windows Application
Class Library
ASP.NET Web Application
ASP.NET Web Service
ASP.NET Mobile Web Application

I'm having trouble with a web service I've been using since I've change
computers. The project was in source safe, and i've pulled it out, but I can
now not change beetween static and dynamic on a web service web reference. It
also gives me an error on trying to update it saying it can't consume it. The
Error "Custom tool error: Unable to import WebService/Schema. Unable to
import binding 'SoapGeneralSoap' from namespace...

I changed an existing and good working webservice from an wsHttpBinding
to an NetTcpBinding.
This is working (after trying some time) and has real a better performance!
But one thing is strange: when I'm now actualising the web reference

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
