I created an msi using the Setup Wizard, but don't seem to be able to create a shortcut to the applicaton on the desktop (or prompt for one) or the menu. Also, I would like to add an "uninstall" to this, but don't see that it allows for this? Am I missing something?

I have a two part question. I would like to provide a run-time feature that would duplicate the design-time capability to create a Context Menu. This would be where the user could create their own ContextMenus. I would like to save this Menu structure as either XML or a text file using C#. The iterface for creating menus (either Main Menu/ or Context Menu) is very simple, but trying to understand how to add different levels (either...

Hi everybody I'd appreciate some help on creating a tear off menu with TkInter. I've been reading some documentation but still no luck. Please don't get confused: when I mean "tear off" menu I don't mean a drop-down or a pop-up menu, but those options which yield to another batch of sub-options when scrolled over, (as for example, the File->New option from internet explorer).

I'm using the sample code of the file 'simple.py' and trying to make a single window with a panel in it, but I keep getting an error. Here's my code: (I know I might need something else, like a Show() method for the panel, but the error stops on the first panel line anyway. I've tried a Layout() method but it didn't get that far). import wx class MyFrame(wx.Frame):

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
